Hotel Pension Arpi Vienna

our stay at pension arpi was absolutely wonderful. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after check out. the location was perfect, with easy access to the underground and attractions. the cozy rooms and delicious breakfast made for a delightful experience.

Communication with staff was a bit difficult.

The value for money was great, the room was comfortable, and the location was convenient. The staff at Pension Arpi was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel breakfast menu could have benefited from a wider selection of tea flavors.

The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a vibrant university area and within close proximity to the city center. This made it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying local attractions. the hotel provided a late night check-in option, which was very convenient for my Christmas trip. Lastly, the friendly staff was helpful in providing information about the city and the hotel facilities.

The hotel seemed to be understaffed, resulting in issues during breakfast. At times, the breakfast buffet was practically empty by 9:00 am.

Value for money, close to city centre, spacious rooms, good heating and water pressure in showers, cheap breakfast, friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay here, with no complaints whatsoever. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room had a pleasant atmosphere, and I had my own bathroom. Additionally, the hotel had a nice desk and chair for me to work on, as well as a TV. The wifi was consistently fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near City Hall and not far from the city center. Guests can easily explore the city and enjoy the various attractions. The location offers good public transport connections, making it easy to move around. There are plenty of restaurants and theaters in the area, providing entertainment options within walking distance. the staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The check-out time at the hotel is rather early, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are equipped with twin beds and have all the basic amenities you need, including a bathroom with simple equipment. The location is excellent, as it is near the city centre and really close to a metro station. In just a few stops on the U-Bahn, you can easily reach all the major attractions in the city. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast included is a nice bonus.

Convenient location, close to U2 Line and within walking distance of attractions. Friendly staff and quick check-in and check-out process. Occasionally noisy outside, but earplugs can solve the issue. Pleasant overall experience.
